    On the plate

    For chefs. Brush a thin stroke on a dry plate, then plate the food on or next to it.

    Inside the glass

    Brush a thin layer on the inside of a dry glass. Pour just before serving, and the flavour comes with every sip.

    On the side of the ice

    Take a crystal clear ice block or spear and pat it dry. Paint the side, put it in the glass and pour.

    On top of the ice

    Let the ice block sit above the drink. Paint the whole top just before serving, so the guest gets the flavour in the first sip.
